USA Sprinkler Fitters Association hosted its 2nd Annual Congressional Reception at 101 Constitution Avenue in Washington, DC. Representatives of various fire and trade organizations attended, as did members of Congress for an evening of networking.

California Adopts IRC Residential Sprinkler Requirement, Effective January 1, 2011

Today, the California Building Standards Commission approved a recommendation from the California State Fire Marshal's Office to adopt the IRC residential sprinkler requirement, effective January 1, 2011.
